The new year-round hotel in the style of a European chalet is located in a landscaped park surrounded by mountain peaks on the left bank of the Katun. This quiet picturesque place is located near the warm artificial lake Biryuzovaya Katun, next to the Tavdinsky caves.

The cottages are built of cedar: a hotel with 26 rooms and a hostel with 32 beds. The spacious, bright rooms are decorated in accordance with European standards.

The rest includes full board with three meals a day. The park hotel's café prepares meals using organic, local produce. There is a phyto-bar with drinks from Altai herbs and berries.
